Should we hire an interim strategist or a full-time manager?

It depends on your stage. An interim strategist brings senior experience and an outside view from many brands, without a permanent hire. It works well when you need support for a while and aren’t ready to hire, or when your sustainability manager needs a senior sparring partner. If you already know the role and have the budget, hiring is often the better choice.

What can you do in half a day a week?

Often, half a day a week in total is enough. What I work on can change over time: the strategy one month, green claims, certifications or a team training the next. We make a plan for the period I support you, and decide together what is feasible and what you want most.

Do you work at our office?

Part of the time. Being with the team helps, and the rest of the work can be done online.

How interim works

PHASE 1

The first weeks

I get to know your team, your products and what is already in place. Together we agree on the goals for the period and on what I take on.

PHASE 2

The work

Strategic, operational or both: from the roadmap and management updates to supplier follow-up, certifications, claims and reporting. We review the goals together along the way.

PHASE 3

Handover

Before my period ends, I document what is in place and train the people who take over. If you decide to hire, I can help you write the profile.

Format

From half a day a week, at your office and online, in Dutch or English. We stay in touch by email, phone, calls or in person, as often as the work needs.

Duration

Starting at four months, and it can also be ongoing. We make a plan for the period at the start and review it together along the way.

A half-day or day rate, agreed in the offer you receive before we start.

With AI: I can set up AI workflows for recurring tasks in your team, such as a first check of product texts or sorting supplier questionnaires. Your team and I check the results.
